Gardens and floral displays brighten the city throughout the summer months for the enjoyment of all. We want to recognize those residents and businesses whose gardens and displays make Newport so vibrant each year. We will present first, second, third & honorable mention awards in each of the three residential districts and in each of the five city-wide competitions.

The contest is open to anyone and everyone! The city is divided into three residential zones and includes awards to residential homes, both gardens and containers, small and large businesses, and community.

After the competition closes, the Newport In Bloom Team photographs each entry. Then a secondary team of judges views and votes on each entry.
