Newport In Bloom Marches in the Newport St. Patrick’s Day Parade
NIB Members will be marching in Newport’s annual Saint Patrick’s Day Parade followed by the decorated city daffodil bulb planting machine. The Parade steps off at. 11 am near City Hall!
